Aleesha young has established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the top females. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in a sporting family. Her father was a bodybuilder, her siblings also played sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before including basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first year of competition that was 2008.
